Throughout the site, the terms “we” and “our” refer to Sanitas. The site is bilingual Italian and English.
Sanitas offers this site, including all of its tools, services and information, to any user upon acceptance of the terms and conditions set forth on this page.

Shipping locations and methods
The sale of our products/services is reserved for the entire Italian territory (including the Republic of San Marino and the Vatican City), we reserve the right to refuse a destination if it is not handled by the courier company we rely on.
Use of the online store
By agreeing to these terms and conditions of service, you represent that you are of the age of majority relative to your state or province of residence, or that you are of the age of majority and consent to the use of the site by minors who are under your care. Use of our products for illegal or unauthorized purposes, or in violation of laws in force in the jurisdiction of the user making use of them (including, but not limited to, copyright laws) is prohibited.
The transmission of viruses, worms, or any other form of code of a destructive nature through the pages, forms, and code of the site is prohibited. A violation of any of the above Terms of Service will result in immediate termination of the services provided.
The Sanitas store is used for the sale of our products and services, the purchase and payment for such is made by clicking on the “buy” button.

Conditions of Sale.
The conditions of sale set forth herein govern the offer and sale of products on the website www.sanitasfarmaceutici.it. You must be of legal age to make a purchase. Purchases made www.sanitasfarmaceutici.it are governed, as far as not expressly provided for in the following conditions of purchase, by Legislative Decree No. 185 of May 22, 1999 on the protection of consumers in respect of distance contracts.
The supplier of the products on the site is Sanitas Farmaceutici S.r.l., located at Via Emilia 168 Int. A – Tortona (AL), tax code and VAT number 01799860067.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any part of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service or any contact on the website through which the Service is provided, without express written permission from us.
Shipping conditions
The sales service on www.sanitasfarmaceutici.it is intended exclusively for end users (business-to-consumer or abbreviation: b2c). All prices listed on the site include VAT. All items on the site are immediately available, unless otherwise indicated by our server. All products on the site are, however, subject to availability: we will promptly inform the Customer if we are unable to fulfill your order within the time frame.
Packaging and shipment of the goods – by express courier (DHL, TNT, BRT, UPS, GLS) and/or Poste Italiane – take place within two to three working days after receipt of payment (credit card, PayPal, Stripe, Satispay, Nexi, bank transfer). Delivery times throughout the country are forty-eight to seventy-two (48-72) hours (business days), from receipt of order. For orders with a total amount exceeding 50.00 EUR (VAT included), shipping costs will be at our charge (exclusively on the Italian territory and with total gross weight of the order not exceeding 3.00 kilograms). The maximum amount of an order for cash on delivery payment is 250.00 EUR. C.O.D. shipping incurs an additional charge of EUR 5.00 (inclusive of VAT and any other taxes and duties).
The indicated shipping costs are valid for the entire Italian territory and are changeable at any time depending on market conditions and at the sole discretion of Sanitas.
Each incoming order is confirmed to the Client by e-mail in text format as soon as it is received. In cases of force majeure or fortuitous events, we shall not be liable for delay or non-delivery and shall have the right to terminate the contract in whole or in part, or suspend or postpone shipment. Goods always travel at the buyer’s risk. Please leave a delivery address where there is always someone to pick up the goods (possibly including your place of business).
Product characteristics
Product features are shown in the online catalog and are visible when choosing and filling in the order before the submission process is completed. Prices (including VAT and any other taxes and fees) are shown next to each product in the online catalog.
Accuracy, completeness and timeliness of information
Sanitas is not responsible for the accuracy and precision of the information made available on this site or for its completeness or timeliness. The material presented on this site is provided for general information only and should not be considered or used as the sole source for making decisions without consulting primary sources that are more accurate, more complete, or more timely in their delivery of information. Any reliance you wish to place on the material and content on this site is solely your responsibility.
This site may contain some historical information. Historical information, by its very nature, does not refer to current events and is made available for your information only. We reserve the right to change the contents of this site at any time, but we are under no obligation to update the information on our site. Price of products
The price that will be invoiced is the price on the side of the product at the time of the conclusion of the order (in addition to the contribution of shipping costs where applicable and the contribution of EUR 5.00 in the case of cash-on-delivery shipments), without taking into account any updates that have occurred subsequently. Sanitas reserves the right to change without notice the prices of products and the contribution of shipping costs. Any new amounts will be effective from the time they are posted on the Sanitas website and will be applied to sales made from that time.
Payment Systems.
The payment methods provided are:
– PayPal, Stripe, Satispay. Please refer to the relevant web pages for terms and conditions of these providers
– Credit Cards. The Credit Cards accepted are those of the VISA/Mastercard circuits (including Postepay, Aura, etc…). Credit Card purchases are settled through Banca BPER’s Virtual POS – named NEXI – whose electronic control system guarantees high levels of computer security, adopting Verified by VISA and Mastercard Securcode (3D Secure) payment protocols.
– Bank transfer in advance to the following bank details:

– Cash on Delivery. Payment is made at the same time as delivery of the goods, only in cash (not money orders, checks or other), directly to the person in charge. For this method of payment is expected and applied a surcharge by way of contribution of EUR 5.00. Please note that Cash on Delivery is a payment system, not a type of shipment, so the contribution of 5.00 EUR is applied even when the shipping costs are zero. We do not accept COD payment for orders over 250.00 EUR.
We reserve the right to refuse any order placed with us. We may, at our sole discretion, restrict or cancel quantities purchased. These restrictions may include orders placed from or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders using the same billing address and/or shipping address. In the event of a change or cancellation of an order, a notification contact may be attempted via e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was placed. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole discretion, may be placed by dealers, resellers, distributors, wholesalers.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate information for all purchases made from our store. You agree to update your account and related information, including e-mail address, delivery and billing address, credit card information, in a timely manner so that Sanitas Farmaceutici S.r.l. can properly complete billing and merchandise shipping transactions.
Orders
Sanitas will send to the Client’s e-mail box, after the order has been completed, an e-mail confirming receipt of the order. The Client is invited to print the e-mail and keep it. In case he does not receive it, the Client is invited to contact Sanitas. In the event of any impossibility, even temporary, to process the order in part or in full, Sanitas will promptly send an e-mail to make arrangements with the Client, without prejudice to the possibility for the Client to request cancellation, even partial, of the order and the refund of the corresponding amount that may have already been paid by credit card or bank transfer. In the event that the user’s data are incomplete or otherwise inaccurate (so as to make it impossible to deliver the goods), Sanitas will contact the user before processing the order and reserves the right to request payment on delivery or by credit card.
Warranty on products or services
All Sanitas products have no warranty. Some products or services may be available exclusively online through the website. Such products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only in accordance with our policy for handling returns and replacement of merchandise. We strive to display our products as accurately and realistically as possible; however, we cannot guarantee that the display will be accurately reproduced from every device.
We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to restrict sales of our products or services to any person, geographic area, or jurisdiction. We are able to exercise this right by differentiating on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to discontinue distribution of any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service rendered on this site is valid where not prohibited.
There is no guarantee that the quality of the products, services, information, or other materials acquired or obtained will perfectly meet your expectations, or that the service will be delivered without the presence of any error.
Right of withdrawal (Legislative Decree 22/05/99 n. 185)
Online sales are equated with mail-order sales. The right of withdrawal allows the Customer to return the ordered product in case he changes his mind about his purchase. Pursuant to Legislative Decree No. 50 of January 15, 1992 and Legislative Decree No. 185 of May 22, 1999, as a consumer, the Customer has the right to withdraw from the sales contract for any reason, without the need to provide explanations and without penalty. The Customer may exercise the right of withdrawal within a period of not less than fourteen (14) days to the day of receipt of the goods.
Methods of exercising the right of withdrawal
Pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 206/2005, the right of withdrawal is exercised by sending, within the aforementioned period of fourteen (14) working days from the receipt of the goods (the postmark will attest), a written notice by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt addressed to:

The communication may also be sent, within the same period, by telegram, telex or e-mail, provided that it is confirmed by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt within forty-eight (48) hours. This communication must contain the order number with the confirmation of the purchase, the identification data of the Customer (name, surname/company name, address, telephone, e-mail) and the codes of the products that are intended to be returned, as well as indications on how to reimburse the expenditure incurred (payment to C/C, credit card, bank transfer, etc…) and any bank details (C/C bank number, ABI code, CAB code, IBAN code). The products subject to reconsideration must be returned – within a period of fourteen (14) working days from receipt of the goods – by the consumer to the same address used for the registered letter; they must be in a condition of substantial integrity.
Sanitas undertakes to replace products only if they are defective or have been damaged in transit. To request a product replacement, first send us an e-mail to info@sanitas1931.it and, after our authorization to proceed, send your item to:

The cost of redelivery is the responsibility of the Customer himself. Once we have received the goods and verified their integrity (e.g. damage from tampering not resulting from transport) we will – as soon as possible and in any case no later than thirty (30) days from the receipt of the notice of withdrawal – credit the Customer with all sums paid. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on your place of residence, the timeline for returning and/or replacing the product may vary. In the case of shipments or returns with a total value of more than €50, we recommend the use of a traceable shipping service and/or including shipping insurance. The receipt of products shipped for replacement and/or return is not guaranteed by us.
Errors, inaccuracies and omissions
There may be information on our site or service containing typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, prices, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any of the information on our store or any related website is inaccurate, at any time and without notice (including after you have submitted your order). We assume no obligation to update, change, or clarify information in our store or on any related website, including, without limitation, pricing information, except as required by law. There is no specific notice or specific date that would certify that the information and content available on our site or other related website is up-to-date.

In addition to other prohibitions as previously set forth in the Terms of Service, use of the site or its content is prohibited:

If, in our sole judgment, we believe that you have acted, or suspect that you have acted, in a manner inconsistent with or in violation of these Terms of Service, we reserve the right to terminate this agreement at any time without giving notice, considering the existing economic relationship still active and you owe what you still owe up to the date of termination. Sanitas also reserves the right to deny you access to its services.
Entire Contract
These Terms of Service and any policies or rules of operation and conduct posted by us on this site or otherwise in connection with the Service offered, constitute the agreement between Sanitas and you and govern your use of the Service, above and absolutely in relation to any prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications, documents and proposals, whether oral or written, that have occurred between Sanitas and you.
